Apart from the regular Hong Kong legal services, we have developed three special fields, mining, maritime law and corporate financing.

Mining

We develop this practice through our representation of mining companies in the PRC.

We represent important mining companies in their overseas investment.  One of them is China Aluminum.  We can provide more information about our works for our mining clients upon request and clients’ consent.

Shipyards

We are in joint venture with a maritime services company Hai Cheung and we have access to hundreds of Chinese shipyards along eastern coast of China right from Dalian to Guangzhou.  We advice them in shipbuilding contracts and we assist them in risk management.

Corporate financing

We help our clients in securitisation, not only in Hong Kong, also in the capital markets in the US  and Europe.  Working with our associates in China, the US and London, we can handle dual listing.
